How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while express shipping takes 2–3 business days, they will vary and are not guaranteed. 

How much does shipping cost?
We offer Standard Shipping for $8 flat rate and Express Shipping for $15 flat rate. We also offer free shipping for orders over $80 dollars.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange my tie?
Yes, exchanges may be available depending on product availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
